Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

With its excellent performance and affordable price, the OXVA Xlim SQ Pro pod vape kit is a portable and economical option. Its integrated 1200mAh battery, which can be recharged in around 45 minutes, supports extended vaping sessions. With its 5–30W power, the Pro is an excellent option for MTL (mouth to lung) vaping. Because of the customizable airflow and range of compatible pods, it may also offer an RDTL (Restricted Direct To Lung) inhalation. To get you started, each kit includes two refillable 2 ml coil-equipped pods.

The SQ Pro has a single button for activation, making it simple to use. The kit automatically detects which coil is inside a pod when it is inserted and chooses the optimal wattage. You may then begin vaping by pressing the firing button or taking a breath through the mouthpiece. You may also manually choose a power output if you'd want a bit more customisation. To modify the draw for a looser or tighter inhalation, use the adjustable airflow.
With its top-filling design, the Xlim Pods require no removal of the mouthpiece in order to add e-liquid; in fact, you may do so without taking the gadget apart. The kit comes with two pods; the 0.6 Ohm variant generates significantly more vapour than the 0.8 Ohm version. That being said, 50/50 or high PG e-liquid will work best with either. Also, the integrated coil design eliminates the need for untidy coil swaps. The original Xlim V2 pods are also compatible with the Xlim Pro SQ.
